Tuna and Salmon Tostada with Passion Fruit Sorbet

I made the sorbet with a lot of fruit and little sugar so the citrusy flavor seasons and cures the fish, making this dish super refreshing and very tasty! Add avocado, pickled onions and the heat of your choice.

INGREDIENTS

Yield: x2 tostadas

• 4oz = 113g fresh Ahi Tuna
• 4oz = 113g fresh Salmon
• ½ Hass avocado
• ¼ cup grated jícama
• ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
• 3 T apple cider vinegar
• ½ cup lime juice
• The zest of a lime
• Jalapeño or hot sauce to taste
• Chopped cilantro to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
•2 T tangy passion fruit sorbet
•4 Crunchy tostadas

PROCEDURE

Enjoy as the sorbet melts and makes the dish even more refreshing and delicious
