Serves 6-8 people • 25 oz Sweet peas (frozen) • 8 oz Snow peas (fresh) • ½ cup Leeks • 1 clove Garlic • ½ cup Mint (fresh) • 1 ea Lemon (or lime) zest and juice • 10 oz Feta cheese (preferably in brine) • ½ cup Extra virgin olive oil • Salt and pepper
