Roasted Napa Cabbage with Zaatar

I know St. Patricks Day is all about corn beef and cabbage but does Napa Cabbage count? Well, I think it does so here’s a quick recipe for the upcoming day that’s full of flavor and that can be made any time of the year.

INGREDIENTS

• ½ Napa Cabbage
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
• salt and black pepper
• 1 T Zaatar or to taste

PROCEDURE

Serve with a little more zaatar. Once it is roasted, you can also use this cabbage as part of a salad. Just chop it off and enjoy!
