My Berry Bowl

Here’s my go-to breakfast bowl full of the same or more antioxidants, polyphenols and nutrients as an açai bowl but with less calories, much less expensive and a myriad of textures and flavors that will satisfy your mouth, tummy and will make you feel really good about yourself.

INGREDIENTS

Yield: 2 bowls

• 5oz = 142g frozen blueberries
• 5oz = 142g frozen blackberries
• ½ tsp lemon zest
• 3.5oz = 100g Greek yogurt (or plant based yogurt*)

TOPPINGS (divide between both bowls)

• ½ cup Sugar-free granola
• ½ cup Raspberries
• ½ cup Sliced bananas
• ¼ cup Fresh coconut shavings
• 2 tsp Bee pollen
• Drizzle of honey or agave on top

*Notice that if you use a plant based yogurt, the dish is completely vegan.

PROCEDURE
