Cheesy Crackers

These cheese crackers are a breeze to make and they are totally customizable to fit your taste. Change the nuts, herbs or citrus zest and you have completely different yet always delicious crackers every time!

INGREDIENTS

CHEESY CRACKERS

• 2oz = ½ stick butter, unsalted
• 4oz = 113g Parmesan cheese, grated
• 3.3oz = 95g = ¾ cup All Purpose Flour
• 1 tsp Kosher salt
• ½ tsp Black pepper, ground
• 1 T Thyme leaves
• 0.9oz = 25g = ¼ cup Pecans, chopped
• 1 T iced water

PROCEDURE

These crackers are perfect on a cheese or charcuterie platter but they are also delicious as an appetizer with a sweet dip.  Enjoy!
