Cacao Rubbed Ribeye Steak

The combination of spices in this rub is complex and full of flavor. It’s warm but not very spicy and the cocoa powder gives a very interesting depth that you won’t find with any other ingredient.

INGREDIENTS

RUB:

• ½ cup Cocoa powder (preferably Dutch processed)
• ½ cup Chili powder
• ¼ cup Cardamom, ground
• ½ cup Coriander, ground

STEAK

• Rib eye or your favorite cut of meat. This rub is delicious over pork as well.
• Salt and black pepper
