“Apple Pie” Bircher Müesli

Bircher Muesli is basically the Swiss version of the now very popular “overnight oats”. This is a super healthy packed with nutritional goodness Muesli that can be made in large quantities (omitting the wet ingredients) and stored in an airtight container until you are ready to turn it into Bircher by adding the grated apple, honey and almond milk.
